It is with much sadness that I have to inform you that Jeffrey Bowles has died after a long illness.
Jeffrey was a passionate point to point enthusiast and loved his racing. He was a successful owner, Steward and Clerk of the Course at Higham.
He will be greatly missed and I know you will join me in sending our condolences to all his family.
