Please make sure you are aware of the required Health Check procedures that will be in place at Horseheath on Sunday 3rd March.  See full details below:

Health check procedures will be carried out on ALL vehicles containing horses on arrival at Horseheath on Sunday 3rd March:

All pony racers will be directed to park near the exit. Ramps are not to be lowered until the pony race officials have cleared their health declarations and issued them with a number cloth which will then be prominently displayed on the vehicle.

All other vehicles (including horse catchers) will be directed into a clearing channel where they will be met by a team of people who will check that the passports match the occupants and the health declaration forms are in order. These will be signed as checked and a sticker placed in the window of each lorry. The owners/trainers then need to present these forms (including those for horse catchers and companion horses) to the declaration tent officials where they can be collected for onward forwarding to the BHA.

All Health Declaration Forms (click here: https://www.britishhorseracing.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Equine-Influenza-Declaration-Form-1.pdf) must have been completed before arrival.

All owner/trainers are to take their own buckets to the winners enclosure for wash down purposes.
